About the hotel in general

At what time should we arrive/leave the hotel?

Guests are expected to arrive from 2.30pm and must hand in the key by 11am at the latest on the day of departure. If you wish to arrive earlier or leave later, please send us an email with your booking number.

Does the establishment smoke?

Of course not: out of respect and for the comfort of our guests.

Does the hotel have fibre?

Fibre optic wifi is available throughout the hotel at no extra charge.

Do you have a Spa/Fitness area/pool?

Is there room service? What are the opening hours?

Room service is provided by reception staff 24 hours a day.

Is there a lift?

No, our 3-storey establishment does not have a lift. For your information, we do not have any rooms on the ground floor.

What is the minimum age required to stay in your hotel?

All our residents must be at least 18 years old to stay at our establishment.

Can I bring my pet?

Yes, dogs and cats are accepted within reason. They must weigh no more than 15 kg and must be kept on a lead inside the establishment. They are not allowed in the breakfast room.

Do you have space to store guests' luggage?

Yes, there is a secure luggage room available 24 hours a day for guests to leave their luggage before check-in or after check-out.

Does the hotel offer a wake-up service?

Yes, on request from reception.

Is it possible to send a parcel to the hotel?

Yes, we accept parcels from guests, subject to prior approval of the size. Please inform reception before sending.

Is it possible to request an iron?

Yes, we can provide ironing equipment in the room.

Does the hotel help with booking visits, restaurants, transport, etc.?

The reception team can help with all your requirements. There is also an «Activities» tab on our website where you can book activities directly with our partners.

Why is the price cheaper on the website?

You’ll always get the best price if you go direct. Our website is our official online sales outlet, with no intermediaries involved in the marketing process.

Is my booking guaranteed?

Your reservation is guaranteed by a credit card. Our hotel always sends a booking confirmation email.

Depending on the purchasing channel, taxes may or may not be included.

About the accessibility

How do I get to the hotel if I take the bus or train?

Annecy station is 350m from the hotel on foot.

Is there a car park directly at the hotel?

We do not have private parking. However, we do offer overnight parking from 7pm to 8am in several underground car parks close to the hotel (La Poste, Bonlieu, St Claire, Hôtel de Ville). The rest of the time is at your own expense (approximately €1.10 per hour). Free car parks are also available 15 minutes from the hotel.

Can I drop off my luggage before going to the car park?

Yes, there is a drop-off point opposite the hotel, where you can park for 5 minutes while you leave your luggage with us, before heading to the car park.

Can I store my bike in a secure room?

We do not have bicycle storage inside the hotel. However, public spaces are available next to the hotel entrance.

About the rooms

What facilities are available in the rooms?

Our rooms are all equipped with air conditioning, shower, toiletries, large terry towels, storage space/hanger, TV, Wi-Fi, hairdryer.

Can I have an extra bed in my room?

Do you have baby cots?

Yes, we offer baby cots subject to availability, for a supplement of €5 per night. It is not possible to add a cot to all room categories, so please ask at reception.

Non, toutes nos chambres sont équipées de douche uniquement.

Y a-t-il un réfrigérateur dans toutes les chambres ?

Aucune de nos chambres n’est équipée d’un réfrigérateur. Nous pouvons cependant garder certains de vos produits dans notre réfrigérateur à la réception, dans la limite de l’espace disponible.

Are there baths in all rooms?

No, all our rooms have showers only.

Are coffee machines available in the rooms?

This service is only available in superior rooms, i.e. in the following categories: double room with canal view, twin room, triple room, double deluxe room and family room. However, you can contact reception by dialling 9 on your telephone, and drinks can be brought to your room (at an additional cost). We can also lend you a kettle on request.

What do I do if I forget something in the room or hotel?

We can arrange for items to be sent to the guest’s location at their expense.

Is the room cleaned during my stay?

Floor service will clean your room between 10am and 2pm. If you would like us to clean your room at another time, please contact reception by dialling 9 from your room telephone.

Is smoking allowed in the rooms? Is there a smoking area?

Smoking is not permitted in the rooms. A (fairly sensitive) detector is installed in each room and we would be grateful if you would think of the next guest who comes to stay in the same room. Some rooms have access to a balcony, please ask when you make your reservation by telephone.

Which room types have a balcony?

The types with balconies are the Double rooms with balcony and the Family room.

Are the rooms equipped with reversible air conditioning?

All our rooms have non-reversible air conditioning. The gas heating is independent. The air conditioning is on from May to the end of September.

Is there a laundry service?

No, but we do provide an iron and ironing board. If you wish to clean your clothes, we can tell you where the nearest launderettes are.

What time is the breakfast room open?

The breakfast room is open from 7am to 10am.

What products are available for breakfast?

We offer an all-you-can-eat buffet breakfast, with a wide choice of sweet and savoury local products.

We offer gluten-free bread at breakfast, for an additional €2 per person.

Can breakfast be served in my room?

Yes, we can serve breakfast in your room between 7am and 10am, for a supplement of €3 per person. Please let reception know when you arrive.

Do you offer on-site dining?

We offer a selection of prepared dishes (starters, main courses and desserts) in jars, which can be eaten in the lobby or directly in your room, 24 hours a day. Orders can be placed directly with reception.

Yes, we have a microwave available at reception on request.

What methods of payment are accepted?

We accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), holiday vouchers and cash (maximum 200€). Cheques are not accepted.

When is my card charged?

Your card is required at the time of booking as a guarantee only. Payment will be made on site when you arrive. Your card will be pre-authorised the day before your arrival.
